The loan will generally close around 5 days from the submission of your package and the completion of our appraisal on the subject commercial property. When you contact us with the loan information, we will quickly tell you via email or by phone if the loan is something we can arrange or not. We do not 'just collect packages' and let them grow dusty sitting on our desks. We'll tell you up front if it's a deal that fits our trust deed investors parameters before you send us the package. If through our investigation we find something that makes the loan unsuitable for our trust deed investors, we'll return your package. We do not and will not submit your hard money - private money deal to another broker.
